Product Manager & Advocate (CDI)

Lum Network is looking for a Product Manager & Advocate to participate in the development of the blockchain protocol alongside its associated tools, resources and applications.

You will be part of an experienced team at a small an efficient scale (10-15 people) delivering products and services used by thousands of companies and end-users on a daily basis.

Key accountabilities

  • Manage the product roadmap and backlog to define requirements for new features

  • Lead our products toward successful releases and collaborate on work organisation with the rest of the Marketing, Product and Engineering teams (task management, priority reviews, experimental features)

  • Work closely with the engineering team alongside external collaborators and contributors to tap into the full potential of remote and open source collaboration

  • Ensure exemplarity in open source repositories issues and pull requests management

  • Ensure exemplarity in documentation and knowledge sharing (internal and external)

  • Write technical documentation (design documents and technical proposals, changelogs)

  • Manage external incentive community programs such as Bug Bounties

Required skills and knowledge

  • Experience managing complex technical projects

  • Experience delivering user focused products and a strong sensibility for user experience

  • Proficient in task and issue management using tools like Git, Pull Requests, Trello/Jira/Linear

  • Experience working on open source code/tools is a big plus

  • Experience using or working with decentralised technologies is a big plus

About you

  • 2+ years of professional experience working with any of the technologies (or similar) mentioned in the previous section

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Love to ensure knowledge sharing alongside timelines are well defined

  • Solid communication skills (in English) and team-working capability

  • Positive and logical approach together with willingness to learn

  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality

  • Strong interest in blockchain & cryptocurrency technologies

Contract

  • Type : full-time contract (CDI).

  • Starting date : as soon as possible.

  • Compensation : 40k - 70k+ depending on seniority. The total package includes a token incentive program
