Frontend Engineer (CDI)

Lum Network is looking for a Junior / Intermediate Frontend Engineer to participate in the development of the blockchain protocol tools, resources and applications.

You will be part of an experienced team at a small an efficient scale (10-15 people) delivering products and services used by thousands of companies and end-users on a daily basis.

Key accountabilities

  • Participate in the development of the Lum Network open source tools such as the Wallet and the Explorer (Typescript / ReactJS)

  • Participate in the development of full-stack services (Typescript / ReactJS / NodeJS) such as the Lum Network SDK or the Chain Bridge

  • Ensure exemplarity in code quality through thorough technical reviews (pull requests)

  • Write technical documentation (design documents and technical proposals, changelogs)

Required skills and knowledge

  • Good knowledge and experience using Javascript + Typescript

  • Experience in code quality assurance through tools like Git, Pull Requests and Unit Tests

  • Knowledge in ReactJS is a plus

  • Knowledge in NodeJS is a plus

  • Experience using or working with decentralised technologies is a big plus

About you

  • 1+ years of professional experience working with any of the technologies (or similar) mentioned in the previous section

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

  • Love to write clean, reusable code, especially when it is open-sourced

  • Solid communication skills (in English) and team-working capability

  • Positive and logical approach together with willingness to learn

  • Attention to detail and a passion for quality

  • Strong interest in blockchain & cryptocurrency technologies

Contract

  • Type : full-time contract (CDI).
